Low bone removal
Minimal bone sacrifice on insertion and the anchor sets firmly once tensioned. I would like slightly clearer tactile feedback at deployment but fixation is solid.

Excellent for small footprint
The 1.8mm all-suture anchor takes a tiny bone hole yet deploys with reassuring pull-out strength, which is ideal for labral repair. Insertion is smooth and the sutures slide freely afterwards.
