Provides a rigid bridging construct across a comminuted distal radius and the clamps grip the pins firmly. The frame is compact enough not to foul the wrist during positioning.

Quick to build
Assembles quickly in theatre and holds reduction well while I finalise fixation. The connecting bars are light yet the construct stays rigid.
