The cutting jaw takes a clean bite of lamina without crushing and the double-action gives me good mechanical advantage in dense bone. Smooth return spring speeds up decompression.

Good cutting action
Edges stay sharp and the footplate slides under the lamina cleanly. The spring is a little firm for my liking but the bite is precise.
