The clamps lock down hard and the frame stays rigid across the forearm span, which is exactly what I want for a comminuted both-bone fracture. Radiolucent enough to assess reduction on the image intensifier.

Good pin purchase
Pin clamps hold the Schanz pins securely without slippage during tensioning. Assembly is logical although the connecting rods take a moment to align.
